Why can't you just paste screenshots into folders?
It's crazy that Windows makes you open Paint, click "Save As", and hunt for the right
folder.
Clipboard Saver fixes this. Just press Ctrl+V in any
Explorer window, and your screenshot or text saves exactly where you are.

Built to fix a stupid problem
⚡ It just works
You hit your hotkey and the file is there immediately. No popups asking you where to save it.
📂 It reads your mind (and your tabs)
We read your active Windows 11 tab. It saves exactly to the folder you're actually looking at, not some random default folder.
🧠 Smart Passthrough
If you're typing right now, Ctrl+V pastes normally. We only do the magic file drop when you're looking at a folder.
🚀 Flexible Installation
Choose the lightweight portable version if you have .NET installed, or use our full installer for a guaranteed complete setup.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I download the app after purchase?
After checkout, check your inbox. You will receive an email from Polar.sh with your secure download links. We provide two options: a Portable version (lightweight, recommended if you have .NET) and a Full Installer (use this if the portable version doesn't work for you).
Does this replace my Ctrl+V everywhere?
No! Clipboard Saver uses strict validation. If you're using Word or a browser, it lets Windows handle the paste normally. It only saves a file if you have an image or text copied AND you are currently focused on a File Explorer window.
What if I'm not in a specific folder?
You can set a "Fallback Folder" in the Settings (like your Desktop or a general Screenshots folder). If you trigger the hotkey outside of Explorer, it dumps the file there instead.
